3.2 Residency. The pl7 platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.
3.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to register or maintain an account on pl7. 4.1 To access pl7's gaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pl7 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. pl7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). pl7 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify pl7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pl7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
5.1 pl7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pl7 does not charge fees on deposits made through supported payment methods for verified accounts.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. pl7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. pl7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. pl7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. All transactions are monitored. pl7 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
6.1 pl7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Real money funds in your account are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pl7 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if pl7 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

7.1 All games available on the pl7 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pl7 does not manipulate game results.
7.2 Each game on the pl7 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, pl7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. pl7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game session, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. pl7 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
9.1 All content on the pl7 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of pl7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pl7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pl7 content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pl7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 pl7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pl7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.
11.1 pl7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pl7 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pl7's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. pl7 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
